Jennifer Belding
Jennifer has 15+ years of training experience at Nike, to include Soft Skills training; Leadership Training and Development; and System/Technical training. She has had the privilege of training courses such as Facilitation Skills, Ken Blanchard's Situational Leadership, Influencing Skills, and extensive end-user training on the global system ERP known as SAP.
She has managed a team of 12 trainers to implement the enterprise system, SAP across the globe. This project entailed the start-up processes and training documentation to implement SAP in Canada, the US, Europe, Asia and Latin America regions. It included managing and executing end-user training in all of the regions, with a user base of well over 1,000.
Jennifer has traveled the globe to provide train-the-trainer sessions to trainers in Europe, Asia and Latin America. This included providing facilitation skills, system training and the creation of training documentation. She created programs and toolkits for training facilitation and sustainability. Her efforts also included the first phase of globalized training documentation that has been sustained for over 6 years in all regions.
Her education background was originally focused on HR management at PSU, to support her first roles at Nike in Human Resources (7 ½ years). As her career shifted to training, she pursued and completed her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business at the University of Phoenix and most recently completed her Master of Education at Capella University in 2006.
Jennifer has a diverse background stemming from both HR management and Training, with a passion towards global training and development. Her inspiration and motivation are based upon others learning and development across the globe.
